§14.3 Export Eligibility Gate

Nothing may be exported unless ALL conditions are met:

  1. status must be 'approved'
  2. reviewer must be present
  3. CTA must be defined
  4. destination must be specified
  5. UTM must be present when needed
  6. KPI target must be defined
  7. checksum or export id must be present
